HI, I'M CAT
Being an avid yogi and witnessing first hand the benefits of movement and mindfulness I decided to follow the path to becoming a pregnancy yoga teacher. Whilst pregnant I attended pregnancy yoga which offered me a new outlook and experience within my regular practise, allowing me to slow down and to connect with my body and baby.
LushTums has expanded my knowledge and given me so much more to share, and I'm now on a mission to share this with as many pregnant women as I can!

Having studied with Clare Maddalena founder of LushTums I am a certified specialised Pregnancy Yoga teacher, registered with the Federation of Antenatal Educators. I am excited for the opportunity to share the knowledge and take you through your pregnancy journey.
