I am a qualified yoga in pregnancy, post natal, baby massage and baby yoga instructor. I also teach Accessible yoga (chair based with options to stand and lie if you wish). I am teaching in East Sussex around Alfriston, Seaford, Hailsham, Eastbourne groups face to face and 1:1's. I also teach 1:1's hatha, flow and restorative yoga. Classes are also on Zoom. I have 15 years experience with qualifications also in supporting those with pelvic pain, pelvic floor conditions, diastasis recti. I also have qualifications in teaching the older generation and those with underlying health conditions.
