When I recently asked my clients to help describe me and my classes in 3 words, the 3 that came up the most was kind, funny and down to earth. You know what, I'll take that, as I want you to feel at ease, comfortable and happy during my classes as I feel that is the best way to exercise. I offer a range of classes from pregnancy, parent and baby, beginners yoga and a fast active yoga shred class.
