You can start at 12-16 weeks
or earlier if you have practiced / done other activities. Come and learn how to practice yoga safely in pregnancy.
The classes will include preparation for birth through breathing and relaxation as well as active birth positions and suggestions for post natal recovery and breast feeding. I will also hold a partner yoga class so you can have fun at home!
I have useful leaflets to give out and a lot of experience as a practicing midwife for 33 years!(Recently retired)
Post Natals welcome back after 6-8 weeks.
