I teach Pregnancy Yoga, Mother & Baby Yoga, Toddler Yoga, Kids Yoga from the ages of 2 to 18, Ashtanga yoga, Pilates and Pregnancy Pilates. I am also available to teach Corporate classes, Group Classes and Private Classes.
