I am a fully qualified Yoga teacher with British Wheel of Yoga and Birthlight.
I run Yoga for Pregnancy and Hatha / Postnatal Yoga classes at the Harborne for Complementary Health Clinic (10-min walk from the QE and Sainsbury's Selly Oak).
I am a Reiki Master/Teacher and Neuroflexology practitioner - both treatments are deeply relaxing and especially beneficial in the third trimester.
