Ivana is an IYN accredited teacher (500 Hrs) and a mum teaching yoga from the heart in a warm and soothing environment.
Drop-ins welcome. No previous experience with yoga is necessary.
Please arrive 10 minutes earlier, wear something comfortable and try not to have a big meal at least 2 hours before the class. I have some yoga mats, but you can also bring your own if you prefer.

Ivana is a yoga practitioner, a teacher and a mum to a lively toddler. She finds great inspiration in Indian philosophy, non-violence, movement and silence. She is also a bit of a science geek, passionate about understanding our bodies and how to optimise them. She likes hazelnuts, film and rooftops and you can usually find her singing on the bicycle.
She is a member of the Independent Yoga Network.
