My pregnancy yoga classes enable you to be to take some time out each week to focus on yourself and also connect with your baby/ies. Learn how to use gentle, pregnancy specific yoga, breathing techniques and relaxation to support your body and mind through pregnancy, labour and birth. and to prepare for motherhood. Classes include: movement to support your pregnancy, positive birthing, active birthing, relaxation and breathing techniques. They are a place to come to relax, unwind, and meet other pregnant ladies.
My classes offer a safe and welcoming community to celebrate pregnancy, to connect and share experiences, and learn useful techniques to support you through this magical time.

No previous yoga experience needed. The class is suitable from 14 weeks right up to birth.

Classes are booked in blocks or part blocks nearer to your due date. Classes work out at £11 each.
Includes access to 6 pre-recorded on-demand Pregnancy Yoga classes, several mini info videos on various areas of pregnancy and birth, a PDF toolkit with links and resources.

I am a Yoga Alliance RYT 200 and Birthlight trained Baby Yoga teacher. I teach adult, pregnancy, postnatal and baby yoga, baby massage and menopause yoga classes in Northwich

Adult Yoga classes – Joyful and mindful Hatha Yoga focusing on good alignment to help a safe practice and to be supportive of each student as an individual so that they become aware if their own respective needs to empower and uplift.

Pregnancy Yoga classes – Classes are a place to come to relax, unwind, meet other pregnant ladies. Classes include: movement to support your pregnancy, positive birthing, active birthing, relaxation and breathing techniques to support your body and mind through pregnancy, labour and birth. and to prepare for motherhood.

Mum and Baby Yoga Classes- Gentle, fun, yoga movement and relaxation classes for babies, their mums (or dads/carers). Classes help new mums stretch, and tone and rejuvenate. Yoga is adapted to suit all levels and experience of yoga and postnatal health.

Baby Massage Classes - Friendly classes for parents to learn a head to toe Baby Massage routine which promotes loving touch and builds confidence in handling, understanding and bonding with your baby.
