Yoga is one of the best things you can do for yourself and your baby during pregnancy, it beautifully and gracefully supports the changing body.
Classes offer a holistic program of breath work, relaxation, fluid postures, movement, voice work and meditation to suit all stages of pregnancy from 12 to 42 weeks.
Yoga enhances general and emotional health through pregnancy and gives us valuable tools we can draw on during labour and birth, it is the ideal exercise for pregnant women and is widely recommended by midwives and doctors as a way for expectant mothers to keep mobile and fit.

Frankie has been practising yoga since 1997 and travelling to India since 2000. She is an Advanced accredited teacher and a qualified teacher of pregnancy and post-natal yoga. She has been teaching for 7 years across London and the UK.
Based on traditional yoga of India and inspired by the profoundly wise Scaravelli inspired approach, the dynamics, alignment and intelligence of Iyenger Yoga and the grace and challenge of flowing asana.
Classes are infused with warmth, encouragement and a deep passion to share the benefits of this ancient yet uniquely relevant practice. With emphasis on the breath and conscious awareness our practice becomes a meditation.
