Prenatal yoga is a nurturing 75 minute class that helps to prevent common discomforts of pregnancy while preparing the body for childbirth by stretching and strengthening the lower back, abdomen, pelvic floor and legs as wellas opening the hips and sacrum. Breathing practices are developed to help prepare for labour and child birth and restorative postures are included to reduce the effects of fatigue and nausea as well as relax and reenergise.

Sandra is a mum of 2 who started practising yoga 15 years ago immediately loved it. Having trained in Edinburgh, London and India she has been teaching yoga in cork for 7 years. Sandra's classes are inclusive, active and fun.
