I came to Yoga as a way to help me deal with the stress of University and very quickly fell in love with how it made me feel in body and in mind. In 2013 I travelled to a small town in Turkey to train under guidance of Sun Power Yoga founder Anne-Marie Newland.

My classes are focused on the breathing exercises and physical postures of yoga and how they can help calm and focus the mind. I have extensive knowledge of anatomy and physiology and use that knowledge to really let you know how you are helping your body.
I am a considerate teacher and I always encourage my students to take their time, respect their limits and realise that there is no competition in Yoga, only body, mind and breath.
