I specialise in Ante and Post Natal Yoga in the Montreal, Westmount, NDG and Monkland areas. I have been teaching both disciplines for over six years. I love helping moms-to-be to prepare for a serene and positive birth experience and enjoy teaching them fun post natal recovery and baby yoga sequences.
I am also newly qualified as a Toddler Yoga teacher and I am commencing my second year experience teaching yoga to 2-5 years old.
