Pregnancy is a wonderful time to practise yoga. It can increase energy levels and help you connect with your growing baby, giving you confidence in your body's natural ability to give birth. The combination of breathing, relaxation techniques and postures will create inner balance to help overcome any challenges during pregnancy, labour, birth or motherhood. Suited to all stages of pregnancy from 14 weeks to birth, the classes provide a fabulous opportunity to exercise and prepare for birth, in a supportive and sharing environment.

I specialise in women’s health and wellbeing, particularly during the transitional times of pregnancy, the postnatal period & menopause. I’ve been practising yoga for 30 years, teaching for over 10 years, and I also work as a birth doula. My offerings include group classes, one to one teaching and mentoring, and leading transformational workshops and retreats.
My passion is supporting women in connecting to their own unique spirit and gifts, so that they can authentically embrace and love themselves for who they are. Sometimes we are so busy looking after others that we lose sight of our own needs, becoming confused, tired or overwhelmed. I use embodied techniques, yoga, mindfulness meditation and thoughtful self development enquiry to help you return to a place of ease, joy and clarity.
