Hi, I'm Jo, a Hatha Vinyasa Flow (YA 200hr) Yoga Teacher
Whether you’re new to yoga or a well-seasoned practitioner, there’s something for everyone in my classes. My intention is ensuring you're comfortable with what you're doing & work within your limitations, whilst improving strength, balance & flexibility, practising diaphragmatic breathing, mindfulness & connecting the mind with the body.

There will be a short meditation at the beginning of class to calm the mind so you can be present & enjoy this time you’ve set aside, then 6-8 minutes relaxation at the end of class.

One to One’s are perfect if you prefer private lessons to group classes, have limited time in your busy days or simply want to deepen your practice. If you are interested please contact me to discuss. These can be held in person, or via Zoom.
Workplace Yoga for Businesses
If you are a company looking to run Workplace Yoga at your business premises - perhaps as part of a Wellbeing Initiative, please contact me to discuss further. Classes can be from 45 to 90 minutes long depending on your requirements. There would be a short meditation at the beginning of class & relaxation at the end bringing the awareness to the breath & practicing mindfulness. This creates a really relaxing class, reducing stress levels & reducing anxiety. There are many health benefits to yoga & altogether this can lead to improved productivity in the workplace & contribute to improving the health of employees. It may also encourage employees to take up other sports & activities outside of work.
The yoga class could be run during a lunch break, for example, indoors or outdoors. I would provide mats so all people would need is the ability to get down to a mat, some comfortable clothing & a bottle of water. Please contact me to discuss if you are interested. There are social distancing guidelines in relation to the amount of space required per person.
