A dynamic flow of pre-arranged poses which build sequentially, each one preparing for the next. This class is based on a time-tested tradition passed down for thousands of years and developed by Sri K Pattabhi Jois in Mysore, India. Options for all levels will be provided for each pose and hands on adjustments will be offered. Yoga practice is a healing process of cleansing and toning for the body, mind, and senses.
