I aim to create spaces where people can come and practice yoga in an environment that is non-judgemental. You’ll have an opportunity to enjoy space for yourself that is so elusive sometimes. It’s a chance to relieve stress and build strength, balance and endurance in both your body and mind. You’ll be welcome in my classes if you’re lithe and flexible, curvy and stiff, a bright young thing, a senior citizen or anything in between.
