This class will focus on mindful movement, beneficial breathing, and de-stressing techniques to help you wind-down and feel relaxed for the weekend. It will recharge you at the end of the working week.
This is a mixed ability class with complete beginners welcome as well as those with more yoga experience. Also suitable for pregnant women after 12 weeks.
Come along to ease your way into the weekend gradually.

I am a qualified British Wheel of Yoga teacher, since 2010. I have been practising yoga since 1991 and regularly attend yoga workshops with other teachers as well as attend yoga classes myself. I enjoy experiencing all the varieties of yoga and bringing them to my classes.
