A relaxing class suitable for beginners and pregnant women. We practise mindful movement, relaxation and beneficial breathing techniques, along with de-stressing techniques and things to restore mind body and spirit.

I am a qualified British Wheel of Yoga teacher, since 2010. I have been practising yoga since 1991 and regularly attend yoga workshops with other teachers as well as attend yoga classes myself. I enjoy experiencing all the varieties of yoga and bringing them to my classes.
