Maria developed her deep appreciation for yoga and meditation practice when she was studying in China, looking for something to help her with sleep problems and anxiety. Meditation turned out to be incredibly healing and for over 7 years now she's been sharing the magic and wisdom of yogic teachings. She believes that we can heal ourselves naturally and teaches how we can develop this power with the help of plants and Chinese medicine. Her gentle voice will guide You to deep relaxation.
She offers 1:1 online and face-to-face yoga classes (Hatha Yoga, Yin & Restorative Yoga) and Stress-management sessions based on mindfulness principles.
