Esther Nagle was trained in Rishiculture Ashtanga Yoga, and teaches asana, pranayama and relaxation for health and wellbeing. With a strong focus on relaxation and learning to breathe well, Esther will help you find balance and peace in your life, get better sleep, more energy, reduce stress and stress related ill health, and gain a more positive perspective on life.
Esther is a former alcoholic who found recovery through the practices she was taught during her yoga teacher training. She has written a book about her journey, Bent Back into Shape, Beating Addiction Through Yoga, which is available on Amazon.
