A gentle restorative class where poses are usually supine and characterised by longer holdings and breath awareness practice. The class includes gentle, slow stretches which release muscular tension and have a calming effect on the body and nervous system. In today fast moving world we are constantly on the go it is important to give ourselves permission to pause, to breathe and to rest. Restorative practices help relieve the symptoms of chronic stress and bring the body back to a relaxed and balanced state of being.

We are a small independent studio with dedicated qualified yoga teachers in many different styles. Our classes are directed to all and beginners are warmly welcomed. We take yoga seriously and teach it humorously. Our studio is fully equipped with mats and props and our prices have of the lowest in the market. For us yoga is a passion worth spreading, not a market. Our studio fits a small number of students; we have floating wooden floors and an open chimney. From time to time live music is performed during classes.
