Very relaxing and mindful practice, slowing down the heart rate with deep breathing, holding supported poses for longer (5-10 minutes) and opening the body through passive stretching. This is a perfect class to slow down and enjoy a meditative state.

Not recommended for anyone with low blood pressure, experiencing severe joint or back pain.
