This is a gentle, relaxed class for those recovering from illness or injury or who like to work at a slower pace. We use blankets and blocks to make postures more comfortable for the individual and there is a period of relaxation/meditation at the end.

Tina has been practising yoga for around 10 years and has been teaching since 2007. Qualified with the British Wheel of Yoga, Tina continues her professional development by regularly attending workshops with a number of leading UK and international teachers. Her classes begin with a breathing practice, move through a flowing series of vinyasas (series of postures), before ending with a period of meditative relaxation. Tina offers open public classes and in-company classes.
