I teach safe, mindful and creative morning sessions online and in studios, including Towers Club in Clapham, Bedford. I offer 6 regular online sessions and 3 in studio sessions weekly. If you are interested in a more personalised approach and go deeper with your practice then Private One to One Session will be for you.
Yoga creates a space for all of us, to feel more alive, to feel safe, a sense of belonging. Yoga has the ability to shift our perspective, open us to new possibilities, increase our well-being and positive mind.
