Very advanced Yoga asana or postures are taught in the classes. Emphasis is on combining Yoga postures to create a graceful dance-like flow that results in tremedous strength, endurance, flexibility and agility.
Postures consisting of inversions, arm balances and flexibility are the norm. Faster results are achieved on the body.
