A combination of Hatha and Yin Yoga. Saturday Morning classes synchronize the breath with movement, building up strength & stamina whilst increasing flexibility. The session includes 20 minutes of deep relaxation introducing meditation techniques to calm the nervous system, leaving you feeling relaxed and replenished in order to aid a good nights sleep.
