Namaste, from Paulina at Tree of Life Yoga.
I am a yoga teacher, psychologist, trainer, and mindfulness coach.
Until January 2016 I was working in a recruitment business as a manager and an HR specialist. At that time I decided to make a career change and move closer to fulfilling my personal mission:
"TO HELP OTHERS GROW, EVOLVE AND USE THEIR FULL POTENTIAL by combining my psychological knowledge and experience with my passion for YOGA".
I was first introduced to Yoga around 10 years ago at university and after many years of personal practice, I decided to become a teacher. In April 2016 I traveled to Thailand where I gained a Yoga teacher certificate from Agama International Yoga school. Recently I qualified as a pregnancy yoga teacher at Yoga Mama in London.
The traditional Agama school made me understand Yoga, not only from a practical point of view but also from a strong theoretical perspective. The teachings gave me insight into the meaning of each asana and its benefits on our mind and body and it is this that I want to share with others.
I believe that Yoga is a superb channel to help people realise their full potential, to overcome physical weaknesses and leads to a healthy body and mind.
As a teacher, I strive to create an accepting environment in my classes, giving guidance and openly sharing ideas and inspirations to achieve the maximum benefits from Yoga.
