Hi I am Neil, and after spending 12 years in corporate life working in Learning and Development and traveling the length and breadth of the UK. I decided that I needed to change. I was about 7.5 stone over weight, massively stressed and not enjoying life. I had always had an interest in yoga and had been practicing on and off for many years may that be in a class setting or on the Internet.
The time had come to change my life, get healthy and enjoy spending time with the people which were important to me. I had proved to myself and others than I could do corporate life but it was not where my passion lay. I found I was spending more time doing yoga and therapy/coaching with people. So I set about getting my Yoga teacher training which I successfully passed with the Yoga Alliance (200 Hours).
I now split my time between teaching yoga and working as a clinical hypnotherapist and life coach. I have lost the 7.5 stone and enjoy life to the full with my young family.
Come along to one of my classes may this be in person or online and you will find a friendly and welcoming environment. My belief is that yoga will benefit everyone no matter your background or what you are want to get out of it.
