With attention to the finer details of yoga , the gentle movement and poses that we do help to maintain good health and wellbeing not just in class but in your daily life too.
These classes will bring help with maintaining good stability and mobility by strengthening, stretching, breathing well and it will help to promote better relaxation and sleep too.

SIVANANDA trained in 2002, it has been my pleasure to participate in many short courses and private studies since, on Back health, yoga for kids, Senior yoga, Laughter Υoga, teaching for pregnancy, babies, pre schoolers, Yoga Nidra and the physically challenged. My personal Yoga practice began in 1996 after a bad road accident, during this time I became convinced of the power of this ancient form of exercise for my body at first, and then how it changed my mind set too.
I have been teaching continuously since my training, with the extra knowledge gained from the challenge of my own personal recovery, which enables me to offer suitable alternatives and motivation for others in need.
My specialties are Recovery yoga and Kids yoga. It is my passion to help people of all ages and abilities succeed to their full potential, and find the peace they are seeking.
