Whether you have practised yoga before or not, pregnancy yoga is a great way to stay healthy, helping you to adjust to the changes in your body during your pregnancy, labour, birth and motherhood. It helps with your breathing and relaxation and connects you to your own body and the new life growing within you.

I teach a mixed ability vinyasa flow class that draws on a fusion of yoga styles, pranayama, relaxation and meditation. We explore the playground of our yoga mat to balance body, mind, spirit and breath, building strength and flexibility and gaining body awareness.
I also teach children's yoga & pregnancy yoga and I am available to teach one to one and to teach in Children's clubs & schools.
