Based in London, I teach regular hatha yoga classes in Islington and Leyton.
I have been practising and studying Yoga for twelve years, and completed my teacher training with YogaCampus. I am an adaptable and creative teacher. My approach emphasises grace, strength, and simplicity. I teach with compassion and a sense of humour, using imagery to encourage students to access their own inner wisdom and cultivate a healthy mind/body connection.
I am particularly experienced in Chair Yoga, Gentle Yoga, Restorative Yoga, and Yoga Nidra.
