My names Amanda I teach Pilates and Yoga.
I teach SLOW FLOW YOGA. Incorporating Hatha asana flowing kindly with the bodies ability. Relaxation and breathing follow every class for a calm balanced time away .
I also have a class called Yoga for Menopause where the flow is gentle and the asana and breathing techniques are closely practiced to help women through some of the imbalances during peri-menopause and menopause. This class has useful tools and information to support you.
