Want to feel energised and restored at the start of the week? Come along to 'Slow Flow Yoga' @ Hello Love Studio (http://www.hellolovestudio.com/) in Holborn on Monday evenings 6-7pm.
This style of Yoga is great for people wanting a gentle practice or people new to Yoga as we will move through the sequence mindfully at a steady pace. We will finish with a meditation so you can transition into the evening and rest of your week with a little more calm and ease.
Hello Love Studio (http://www.hellolovestudio.com/) is a charity running a variety of classes and workshops to raise money and support people living with cancer. Cancer patients may take the Yoga classes for free and should book ahead by emailing: info@hellolovestudio.com
I also teach more dynamic fast-paced classes in Putney Bridge on Tuesday evenings and Saturday mornings. You can check out the other events on my Profile. :-)
Class is £16 and the profits go into the Hello Beautiful Foundation (http://www.hellobeautiful.org/) and other smaller charities. There is 2 for the price of 1 all throughout April! Must book in advance to reserve your places. :-)
If you'd like to join the class or have any questions - I would love to hear from you :-)

Caitlin is an established Yoga teacher based in Putney, teaching open level classes on Tuesday evenings and Saturday mornings inside the beautiful space inside St Mary's Church. On Monday evenings Caitlin supports the 'Hello Love' Foundation in Bloomsbury by teaching a 'Slow Flow' class suitable for all levels. People who are living with cancer are invited to take these classes for free which is a wonderful way to support people in need. Caitlin is involved in teaching corporate groups in the office space and has worked with Fan Active @ Fulham Football Club, All Star Lanes and Wandsworth Council as part of their health and well-being programmes. Caitlin is also involved in and enjoys working 1-2-1 with people to help achieve individual goals and needs. This is particularly valuable for people who are working with injuries or have specific goal poses they would like to focus on.
Caitlin originally trained in 'Ashtanga Vinyasa' with 'Yoga London School' and has since carried on with further specialised training in 'Vinyasa Flow' and adjusting with Mimi Kuo-Deemer at 'Tri Yoga' as well as 'Adjustment' training with 'Baptiste Institute'. Caitlin is also trained in 'Yoga Nidra' with Sivanada school - a powerful and deep form of meditation which she loves teaching at the end of a dynamic practice to help her students find complete relaxation in the body and mind.
Caitlin is open and down to earth, enjoys a good laugh and an inspiring conversation. If you are interested in joining one of her classes then feel free to be in touch for a chat or a cup of tea :-)
