This Slow flow yoga is particularly indicated for beginners and people gently returning
to yoga, or anyone else wishing to establish regular movement and meditation, relieve
tensions, mobilize, strengthen the body and improve posture. The practice is adapted
and suited to varied needs. I like to bring a relaxed approach to the yoga classes and
create an environment that allows students to safely move, explore themselves and
meet their potential through thoughtful, compassionate teaching. Well being, a sense of
ease and softness as well as exploration are encouraged through non competitiveness
and acceptance.

Hello
I hope this finds you well!
My name is Paola, I am a Yoga Teacher in Chadwell Heath.
I have enjoyed practising yoga for over a decade as well as receiving my 200-hour teaching certification from Yoga Campus in London. The time-honoured wisdom of meditation and yoga have had a huge positive effect on me. I wished to look deeper at how these benefits worked on many different levels, the more I learn, the deeper is my practice and the growing wish to share its wisdom.
From this love of Yoga, I have the sincere desire to offer to others what has so much improved my quality of life.
Research tell us that introducing a regular yoga practice has shown to support the entire body system, beyond the physical benefits, here are just a few more;
Mental clarity; Yoga is known for its ability to soothe tension and anxiety in the mind and body, providing calmness, increases body awareness, relieves chronic stress patterns, relaxes the mind, centers attention; and sharpens concentration.
Wellness; Practising yoga a couple of times per week can also have an impact on a person's exercise capacity by increasing muscle strength, flexibility and boost endurance, which in turn will improve energy levels and provide a sense of well being. Heart Benefits; Yoga can help lower blood pressure, cholesterol and blood sugar level, all of which are good for the heart and blood vessels.
