Slow Flow Yoga
This is a gently flowing class to improve mind/body connection, flexibility and balance. Postures (asanas) are held for longer than in the vinyasa classes allowing you time to establish each pose, feel grounded and explore. Very suitable for those newer to yoga or looking for a more reflective practice. Leave self judgement at the door, relax and unwind.
