Genevieve teaches soulful flow yoga classes which include creative flowing sequences, indepth posture work with attention to alignment and space for connection through relaxtion and meditation. She has a friendly and down to earth approach and aims to be inclusive and challenging. Initially trained as a dancer, so expect inspiring music and creative flows.
Trained with the British Wheel of Yoga and inspired by Iyengar, Anusara and Vinyasa styles.
