A class that is all about relaxing and spending time to just be. It will be an hour of pranayama and gentle movements before moving slowly into a long relaxation to release tension and invite stillness into body and mind. Held on Friday evenings, the perfect chance to wind down from the week and begin the weekend well.

I have been practising yoga, mainly Hatha and Ashtanga, for 13 years. I qualified as a yoga teacher with the Comprehensive Yoga Fellowship in 2016, after completing a three year teacher training diploma. I have also undertaken additional teacher training workshops in Ashtanga Yoga with Manju Jois, and completed a Yoga & Pilates for Amateur and Professional Sportspeople course with Yoga Anatomy.
I have also completed the YogaKidz Mindfulness, Meditation, Movement & Relaxation Teacher Training Diploma (for children and adults), and am also a member of the Independent Yoga Network.
