In Niamh's classes she will give you very specific instructions that will work your body inside and out, and from head to toe. The power of Yoga is that it strengthens but also lengthens each group of muscles. This brings increased mobility and flexibility while toning at the same time. Niamh focuses on alignment during her classes, for injury prevention and to aid injury recovery, you will know exactly what to do and how to do it safely. She will teach you Yoga & Yoga/Pilates that will give you an internal cleanse - organs and internal body systems will be wrung out, making your inner body renewed and refreshed. Using Yoga breath work as another tool for cleansing both your body & mind, Niamh will leave you feeling worked out and invigorated, yet completely calm and relaxed by the end of class. Yoga is an ancient, tried and tested, and well loved practice all over the world!
