Taught in a warm community hall, this class focuses on working out to release tension then winding down and letting go through a combination of simple stretches and breathing. Suitable for beginners and improvers.
The class is on Tuesday evenings 6pm-7.15pm
Both static and flowing poses help you to find strength, balance and flexibility within your body. Leave feeling calmer and more energised, ready to meet the challenges of your day.
Teacher Claire Mace is calm and clear and has trained with top teachers at Triyoga, Europe’s largest yoga studio, and with internationally respected yoginis Ana Forrest, Judith Lassater and Eleanor Criswell.
Each week classes have a different theme, working to release different parts of the body.

I've been practising yoga for ten years and teaching for four years.
I mix gentle hatha with dynamic Forrest yoga and run classes that are suitable for all levels and especially beginners.
I also work as a complementary therapist and occasional media freelancer.
