Marie is a dancer, choreographer and yoga instructor who graduated from Shiva Yoga Peeth in Rishikesh, India, the birthplace of yoga. Her passion for yoga, spiritual and somatic practices for the last 15 years has led her to integrate various styles to her practice, such as vinyasa, Iyengar and hatha yoga, but also contact improvisation, martial arts, physical theatre, energy healing amongst other body/art forms.
She loves teaching, finding ways to challenge and enrich students’ practice, so it becomes a tool to connect to their inner joy, creativity and expressivity, encouraging them to empower themselves.
