A fun, uplifting, supported movement class designed to boost mood, mobility, and confidence. Combining gentle aerobic steps, easy stretching, and mindful breathing, this session helps reduce stress, improve circulation, and release feel-good endorphins. Suitable for all abilities, we will have a chair next to us should you want to do the class standing or seated. Everyone welcome, especially older adults or anyone wanting a light, joyful way to stay active and connected. £5 a class or £8 for both seated classes in a week, £20 for a 5 class pass.

Gentle, grounding yoga classes with Leomi, a qualified Yoga Alliance teacher (RYT-200) with over 10 years’ experience.
My classes are beginner-friendly, calming, and designed to support physical and emotional wellbeing. I also offer accessible seated yoga, breathwork, and guided relaxation to help you feel centred, strong and supported.
Mats provided. Free parking.
