Monday nights 8.15 - 9.15pm
A series of yoga poses which are designed to help improve strength and flexibility and tone the muscles. We will also be working on improving muscle tone and breathing techniques.
This class also includes restorative poses, and would particularly suit people suffering from anxiety, depression or those who are recovering from injuries.

I have recently qualified as a Pregnancy, Birth and Post Natal yoga teacher with Yoga Kidz.
Teaching a variety of styles of yoga, including Power Yoga, Hatha Yoga, Yin Yoga, Pregnancy Yoga and private yoga classes for specific purposes.
