Louise will guide you through a strong & specifically targeted practice for core, legs, shoulders and arms using Hatha Vinyasa Yoga Flow sequences and poses plus 'Science of Stretching' Targeted Flexibility training.
Paige is available to outline the benefits of accompanying your practice with post-workout proteins, hydration and nutrition, as appropriate **
Class will vary in intensity every week to build your yogic strength and flexibility and Post-Workout Herbalife24® Rebuild Strength Protein Shakes or Bars are available for purchase after class.

My name is Louise Fenner and I am a Hatha Vinyasa and Hot Yoga Teacher. I am an accredited Meditation Teacher with the British School of Meditation (BsoM)
I also teach Tai Chi Shibashi, Yoga Nidra, Seated Yoga and Menopause Yoga (MY).
I teach live "in-person" and online classes in Bristol with an emphasis on supporting complete beginners as they take that exciting first step onto their mats and onwards into the wonderful world of Yoga practice.
I run my own dedicated Yoga Studio in Chipping Sodbury, Bristol.
Here, my passion is to grow and nurture a thriving Yoga Community to bring like-minded individuals together, aiming to support them in their Yoga journey both on and off their mats.
