My name is Andrea Nunnery (MAR), I'm a happily married mum of two girls (and a dog). Since I can remember I wanted to do something that helped/cared for people but in my younger years, I got caught up in the London rat race and having children and it never quite seemed the time to investigate other options.
In October 2016 whilst on a yoga retreat, I received the most divine Reflexology treatment which absolutely fascinated me, it was at that moment that I knew it was time to escape the rat race. I came home, signed up for a Reflexology course and I haven't looked back. I am a fully insured member of The Association of Reflexology showing a commitment to excellence and continued learning. Then in October 2018 I completed my pregnancy yoga teacher training offering a complete holistic class to my beautiful maternity clients, I feel utterly humble to be able to be a part of so many people's journey to motherhood, its such a special time and a real privilege to be a small part.
Finally in February 2019 I spent 6 weeks in India studying my 200 hour Registered Yoga Teacher Training at Padma Karma Yoga School in Kerala . This intense life transformative course focuses on the practical application of the Main paths of Yoga – Bhakthi Yoga, Karma Yoga, Jnana Yoga and Raja Yoga (Hatha Yoga, Kundalini Yoga, Tantra Yoga). It was quite the authentic Indian yoga experience!
Providing reflexology & yoga enables me to meet & help beautiful souls. It's been a calming yet exciting change of life and I can't wait to treat, teach and help many more.
