Julie has been practicing yoga for over 18 years. Actively seeking to find balance and awareness to her life, she trained as a yoga teacher, so she could share her joy of yoga and introduce people to the wonderful benefits of a regular practice. Julie’s style is a gentle hatha flow, which brings the mind, body and breath into unison; helping students become mindful and taking yoga into their daily lives.
