A meditative, relaxing Slow Flow yoga class especially for beginners and those who are seeking peace and calm in their busy week.
A gentle introduction into yoga practice comprising gentle poses, yogic breath practice and visualisation relaxation techniques all set within gentle sequencing. Tai Chi Shibashi Set 1 Practice is included occasionally intros class.
This class seeks to inspire relaxation, calm and peacefulness.

My name is Louise Fenner and I am a Hatha Vinyasa and Hot Yoga Teacher. I am an accredited Meditation Teacher with the British School of Meditation (BsoM)
I also teach Tai Chi Shibashi, Yoga Nidra, Seated Yoga and Menopause Yoga (MY).
I teach live "in-person" and online classes in Bristol with an emphasis on supporting complete beginners as they take that exciting first step onto their mats and onwards into the wonderful world of Yoga practice.
I run my own dedicated Yoga Studio in Chipping Sodbury, Bristol.
Here, my passion is to grow and nurture a thriving Yoga Community to bring like-minded individuals together, aiming to support them in their Yoga journey both on and off their mats.
