Traditional mat based with modifications as required (chairs and props provided). 75 minute class allowing time for breathing practice, asanas and sequences with a long relaxation to finish. Gentle flowing style of yoga blending classic hatha with Dru sequences and yin inspired stretches. Suitable for all ages and abilities including complete beginners. Small group with mature, understanding teacher. No need to book, pay as you go.

I teach in person and via zoom. My style of yoga is a gentle form of classic Hatha yoga combined with flowing Dru sequences - perfect for all abilities. Complete beginners can expect a warm welcome in my small and supportive classes. We begin with fun warm-ups followed by Energy Block Releases, sequences, body preps and postures in preparation for savasana (relaxation). Expect to leave my classes feeling refreshed, relaxed and blissed out. I also offer Mindfulness, Meditation, Breathwork, Chair Yoga and ESOL Yoga classes.
