My name is Anna and I’m qualified Yoga Teacher with YogaLondon. I was trained with Primary Series of Ashtanga Yoga (dynamic yoga). I was inspired by one of my Yoga Teacher with Ashtanga style and philosophy. My teacher said:” while you practice yoga you are making your mind and body strong. Discipline, patience, strength will make you achieve beautiful thing in your life -you will be able to help others”. His thoughts get to my heart; it was a hit without feeling pain and all this experience helped me to give myself permission to believe that I would love to help others and to get ready for special journey- “journey of the self, through the self to the self”
I do practice yoga for over 5 moons (years) already, and I absolutely fall in love from the first moment yoga appeared into my life. Since then I knew that this is it!!! And yoga becomes my friend which I can rely on every time.
I feel honoured that I have this chance to invite you to join me for this special journey where we will have opportunity to BecOMe Yoga - Become Union between mind, body and spirit and help each other.
