I have been a Kundalini Yoga Teacher (K.R.I certified) for a little over 3 years. I live and teach in the Highland Park/Mount Washington area of Los Angeles and have built up a lovely community of yogis who regularly practice together throughout the week. I love teaching beginners and people who feel yoga is not a realistic option for their body, because I felt the same way when I started practicing yoga. I believe Kundalini is for Every Body! Even my 94 year old grandmother comes to my classes. I plan a unique musical soundtrack for each class, which is always different but always uses great music to inspire and move the body.
