I trained with Dru Yoga Ireland in Enniskillen and became a qualified teacher two years ago. Dru Yoga is a gentle yoga focusing on energy flow around the entire body by combining breath awareness with flowing yoga sequences. A healthy spine equals a healthy body so I incorporate core and pelvic floor strengthening in my classes. Most importantly everyone can do Dru and we have lots of fun in the process.
